هدف شغلی:

این رئیس وظیفه پشتیبانی ، مراقبت و ترویج کیفیت/طراحی/تولید واحدهای نمایش JTI را برای محافظت و تقویت سهم JTI از صدا دارد. او ممکن است هر ماه 2-3 بار به استانها سفر کند. وی مسئول تهیه گزارش های لازم برای مدیران است. وی مسئول شروع راه های جدید حسابرسی و بازپرداخت روتین تأمین کنندگان برای اطمینان از موارد تحویل داده شده ، نصب و راه اندازی و روش های نگهداری است. فرد متعهد باید برای تحقق درخواست ها ، مدیریت تأمین کنندگان و اطمینان از پیگیری آنها ، مهارت های زمان و مدیریت پروژه داشته باشد و از آنها پیگیری کند و به برنامه و مهلت متعهد است. علاوه بر این ، نظارت بر بودجه ارسال شده از نظر سفارشات ردیابی و همچنین پرداخت باید با تیم های GIP ، مالی و انبار هماهنگی نزدیک باشد. راه هایی را برای نظارت و تقویت ویژگی های اتاق سیگار کشیدن و نگهداری آغاز کنید. از مدیر تجارت در تدوین یک استراتژی تجاری پشتیبانی کنید. بازدیدهای معمول و بدون اعلام از تأمین کنندگان برای اطمینان از تولید و خدمات کاملاً با توافق و گزارش ها مطابقت دارد. پیگیری برنامه های تولید توافق شده با تأمین کنندگان برای اطمینان از تأمین کنندگان محصولات را بر اساس کیفیت توافق شده و مهلت توافق شده ارائه می دهند. با دریافت مداوم بازخورد از این زمینه در مورد استفاده و تطبیق پذیری محصولات ، بهبود مستمر در طراحی ، کیفیت و ساختار واحدها را پیشنهاد و پیگیری کنید. بازدید بدون اعلام از تأمین کننده برای اطمینان از تولید مبتنی بر مواد اولیه توافق شده و فرآیندهای توافق شده است.
مدیریت دارایی:
مراحل مدیریت دارایی ، یعنی فرآیندهای نصب و ردیابی هزینه را دنبال کنید. دستورالعمل های بهینه سازی. فرآیندهای تخریب POSM. فرآیندهای تعمیر و نگهداری/تعمیر.
مدیریت بودجه:

Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting, taking care of, and promoting the quality/design/production of JTI display units to protect and enhance JTI's share of voice. She/He might travel to provinces 2-3 times every month. He/She is responsible for preparing necessary reports for the managers. He/She is responsible for initiating new ways of auditing and routine back-checking the suppliers to ensure the delivered items, track installation, and maintenance procedures. The incumbent should have strong time and project management skills to fulfill requests, manage suppliers, and ensure they follow up and are committed to the plan and deadline. Moreover, supervision of the submitted budget in terms of tracking orders as well as payments should be in close coordination with the GIP, finance, and warehouse teams.

Areas of Responsibility:

Smoking Lounges:

• Follow up on smoking room constructions/ renovations/overhauls.
• Initiate ways to monitor and enhance smoking room functionalities and maintenance.
• Support the merchandising manager in developing a merchandising strategy.
• Routine unannounced visits to suppliers to ensure that the production and services are fully aligned with the agreement and reports.

POSM Development and Production:

• Support the merchandising manager in developing merchandising by initiating strategy, including setting Regional Installation targets, production plans, annual budgeting, etc.
• Regularly follow up on agreed installation targets to ensure the sales team is delivering based on the agreed plan and adjust targets if necessary.
• Follow up on agreed production plans with suppliers to ensure suppliers are delivering products based on agreed quality and agreed deadline.
• Suggest and follow up on continuous improvement in the design, quality, and structure of units by constantly getting feedback from the field on the usage and versatility of the products.
• An unannounced visit to the supplier to ensure production is based on agreed raw materials and agreed processes.

Asset Management:

• Follow/initiate asset management processes, i.e.
• Installation processes and cost tracking.
• Optimization guidelines.
• POSM destruction processes.
• Maintenance/repairing processes.

Budget Management:

• Initiate PR/PO and GRs.
• Follow up on spending, remaining budgets, and flag underspend or overspend timely.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Engineering, Communications, Business, or related fields are a plus).

Work Experience and Competencies:

• Working in the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry in a sales or marketing team for at least 2 years.

Languages and Computer Skills:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Functional Skills:

• Technical view of interior design and construction.
• Construction material knowledge.
• Be a self-starter and work independently, producing accurate work systems.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
