مسئولیت ها:

• ایجاد و اجرای استراتژی های فروش برای ترویج محصولات رنگ و پوشش.
• شناسایی و هدف قرار دادن مشتریان بالقوه در بازار مرتبط. روابط مشتری برای اطمینان از رضایت و حفظ مشتری.
• انجام تحقیقات بازار برای به روزرسانی در مورد روند صنعت و رقبا. سالها تجربه در فروش ، به ویژه در زمینه رنگ و پوشش.
• آشنایی با شیوه های BRM و CRM به همراه توانایی ایجاد مشاغل تولیدی
• روابط حرفه ای.

Daria Chem seeks a sales expert specializing in paint and coating based in Tehran. This role involves leveraging the successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive sales and support the development of new products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote paint and coating products.
• Identify and target potential customers within the relevant market.
• Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding product usage and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate with the purchase and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or Master's degree in the paint and coating branch.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, particularly within the paint and coating field.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business relationships.
• Professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Fluency in English.
