Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
- Develop detailed business models to analyze performance trends, operational efficiency, and identify potential areas for process improvement.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Design and implement data-driven business solutions to optimize processes, products, and services.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to senior management, conveying insights from data analysis and suggesting actionable recommendations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to create cost-benefit analyses and provide input on budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure continuous alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data modeling, business process analysis and systems analysis.
- Ability to develop and perform queries on SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python and its libraries is a plus.
- Knowledge of business intelligence software and CRM systems.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and executive summaries for management review.
