مسئولیتها
همکاری مستقیم با مدیر پیج در تمامی امور اجرایی و روزانه
مشارکت در نوشتن سناریو برای ویدئوها، ریلزها و محتواهای تعاملی
هماهنگی در تولید محتوا: ایدهپردازی، برنامهریزی، زمانبندی
پاسخدهی به دایرکتها، کامنتها و مدیریت ارتباط با مخاطبان
اجرای امور ادمینی شامل: نظمدهی به پیامها، مدیریت هایلایتها، نگارش کپشنها
بررسی و تحلیل عملکرد محتوا و ارائه گزارشهای دورهای
اجرای فعالیتهای محولشده با صبوری، مسئولیتپذیری و دقت بالا
شرایط و مهارتهای مورد نیاز
آشنایی کامل با فضای اینستاگرام و الگوریتمهای آن
مهارت در نگارش و سناریونویسی (توانایی نوشتن دیالوگ، متن کوتاه و محتوای خلاق)
برخورداری از صبر، نظم، مسئولیتپذیری و روحیه همکاری
توانایی مدیریت زمان و انجام وظایف بهطور منظم
توانایی کار تماموقت و در دسترس بودن در ساعات کاری
مزیت محسوب میشود: تجربه قبلی بهعنوان ادمین یا تولیدکننده محتوا

About the position
We are looking for a full-time, disciplined and creative assistant to accompany us in the professional management of our Instagram page. A person who can play an important role in the growth and interaction of the page with patience, discipline and the ability to implement content scenarios. If you are into content production, social communication and have the spirit of learning, this opportunity can be suitable for you.
Responsibilities
Direct cooperation with the page manager in all executive and daily affairs
Participation in writing scenarios for videos, rails and interactive content
Coordination in content production: ideation, planning, scheduling
Responding to directs, comments and managing communication with Audience
Performing administrative tasks including: organizing messages, managing highlights, writing captions
Checking and analyzing content performance and presenting periodic reports
Executing assigned activities with patience, responsibility and high accuracy
Required conditions and skills
Complete familiarity with the Instagram space and its algorithms
Skills in writing and scenario writing (ability to write dialogue, short text and creative content)
Having patience, discipline, responsibility and cooperative spirit
Ability to manage time and perform tasks regularly
Ability to work full-time and available during working hours
Advantage: previous experience as an admin or content producer
