About the Role:

 The Junior HR Admin Specialist supports the efficient and accurate execution of HR operational processes at TAPSI. This role involves assisting with attendance management, payroll preparation, personnel documentation, and employee administrative requests.
You will work closely with the HR Operations and C&B teams to help ensure timely payroll execution, maintain organized personnel records, prepare HR documentation, and support employees with their inquiries.
This position is suitable for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing a solid foundation in HR administration within a fast-paced organization.

Task in details:

Assist in managing employees’ attendance records and work with the attendance software
Support monthly payroll preparation by gathering personnel data, work hours, earnings, and deductions
Help prepare and maintain personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations
Coordinate administrative tasks such as introduction letters, and employment documents
Respond to employee questions regarding C&B and administrative matters
Maintain personnel files and ensure all records are up to date
Support HR team projects and general administrative tasks within defined guidelines and timelines
Assist in administering employee insurance and coordinating with insurance brokers
Familiarity with System Rahkaran & Kasra.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
Having good knowledge in labor law.
Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Must have attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
Being responsible and committed.
Being people oriented and having good communication skills.
Excellent Analytical Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, Excellent Data Management Skills.
Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
