PS Core Back Office Engineer

Job Summary

PS Core Back Office Engineer with strong experience in Huawei packet core networks across 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G. Specialized in operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of legacy and cloud-based (NFV) core platforms to ensure high availability and service continuity for mobile data services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of Huawei PS Core network elements for 2G/3G/LTE/5G.
• Managing core nodes including SGSN, GGSN, MME, SGW, PGW, CGW, DGW.
• Monitoring network alarms, KPIs, and performance via Huawei MAE and NFV platforms.
• Troubleshooting data issues such as low throughput, session drops, attach failures, PDP/PDN issues.
• End-to-end root cause analysis across RAN–Core–IP domains.
• Performing configuration changes, upgrades, patches, and capacity expansions.
• Supporting 5G core (SA/NSA) services and interworking with EPC.
• Operating and maintaining NFV/Cloud core (VM lifecycle, scaling, healing).
• Supporting roaming, interconnect, and enterprise APN services.
• Handling BO-level trouble tickets and customer complaints.
• Preparing technical reports and KPI dashboards.
