Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a creative and technically skilled Motion Designer to join our team and bring life to digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to craft motion graphics, UI animations, 3D transitions, and storytelling moments that elevate the quality and feel of our work.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and technology, and enjoys crafting subtle (or bold) motion that enhances user experience, communicates clearly, and feels intentional.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and animate motion graphics for digital products, websites, and brand experiences.
- Create UI animations and micro-interactions for web and mobile interfaces.
- Work with developers to bring motion to life using tools like Lottie, Rive, or CSS animations.
- Develop short animated videos, explainers, or transitions as needed.
- Collaborate with product designers and developers to prototype motion concepts.
- Create moodboards, storyboards, and animation references to communicate ideas.
- Ensure consistency of motion language across brand and product.
- Push creative boundaries while staying mindful of performance and UX best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience with After Effects (and/or similar motion tools).
- A strong motion design portfolio, ideally with web or product-related work.
- Understanding of animation principles and UI/UX interaction design.
- Experience exporting animations for dev handoff (Lottie, SVG, video, etc.).
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a love for polish and visual storytelling.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with 3D tools like Blender, C4D, or Spline.
- Familiarity with WebGL/Three.js or integrating 3D/motion into code.
- Familiarity with front-end development workflows and motion libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion is a big plus.
- Ability to contribute to branding or visual identity work.
- Comfortable working in Figma, Adobe CC, and Rive.
