PMO Engineer (Hybrid Projects – Predictive & Agile)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable PMO Specialist to join our team for both traditional and Agile project environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, monitoring, and reporting on projects across the organization. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and provide measurable value

Key Responsibilities:
•    Support the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, and standards.
•    Provide guidance to project managers on standard, methodologies and PMO tools to ensuring  project alignment with PMO standards and best practices
•    Support Project Managers in developing project management plan, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
•    Collaborate with Project Managers, and Product Owners to maintain visibility and control across all projects.
•    Monitor & analysis project progress, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports and project dashboards for senior management and customer.
•    Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
•    Manage internal & external project meetings & follow all tasks till getting final result
•    Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and a culture of collaboration

Qualifications:
                •             Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
                •             2–5 years of experience in a PMO or project management role.
                •            Sufficient knowledge of project management standards (PMBOK , Agile, e.g.).
                •             Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar, e.g.)
                •             Excellent analytical problem-solving and claim management
                •             Strong communication, Working under pressure and interpersonal skills.
                •             PMP, or similar certification is a plus
