Work closely with Tech, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact features.
SEO & Organic Growth
Lead SEO-related product initiatives including:
Technical SEO improvements (site structure, performance, crawlability).
Scalable landing pages and programmatic SEO.
Content and metadata frameworks in collaboration with content teams.
Monitor organic performance, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize SEO backlogs.
Performance Marketing Enablement
Build and optimize product capabilities to support paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Improve conversion rates across key funnels through experimentation and UX optimization.
Partner with performance marketing teams to enhance attribution, tracking, and campaign effectiveness.
Enable rapid testing of offers, pricing, and messaging through product solutions.
Data, Analytics & Experimentation
Define success metrics (North Star, KPIs, OKRs) for marketing-led initiatives.
Use data to identify bottlenecks in acquisition and conversion funnels.
Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure reliable tracking and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary bridge between Product, Marketing, and Tech.
Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
Ensure smooth execution from ideation to delivery and post-launch optimization.
Requirements:
Must-Have
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager (or Associate PM with strong ownership).
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and organic growth strategies.
Familiar with Webengage
Hands-on experience with performance marketing concepts (CPC, CPA, ROAS, attribution).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in travel, OTA, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Experience with experimentation frameworks and growth loops.
Basic understanding of tracking, events, and attribution models.
