We’re seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide and support teams in adopting and scaling agile methodologies. You’ll lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor product and technology teams on Agile values, principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Facilitate and evolve Agile ceremonies and workshops, ensuring they create alignment, focus, and real impact
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to improve flow, predictability, and delivery of customer value
- Identify and address systemic bottlenecks, driving improvements in delivery pipelines and organizational agility
- Enable a culture of transparency, experimentation, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders
- Influence at multiple levels (teams, leadership, portfolio) to scale Agile ways of working
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or senior-level Scrum Master in a fast-paced tech/product environment
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application in scaling
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira or similar platforms
