سرپرست شبکه | Network Supervisor

مسئولیت ها:

• نظارت بر طراحی، راه‌اندازی، نگهداری و بهبود شبکه‌های LAN، WAN، WLAN و ارتباطات بین‌سایتی سازمان
• مدیریت و پایش عملکرد تجهیزات شبکه، ارتباطات، لینک‌ها و سرویس‌های وابسته
• اطمینان از پایداری، دسترس‌پذیری و کیفیت خدمات شبکه مطابق با SLAهای تعریف‌شده
• راهبری و کنترل اقدامات مرتبط با امنیت شبکه در هماهنگی با سیاست‌های امنیت اطلاعات سازمان
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای اقدامات پیشگیرانه جهت کاهش ریسک‌های قطعی و اختلالات شبکه
• رسیدگی و راهبری فرآیند رفع اشکال (Troubleshooting) حوادث و مشکلات شبکه‌ای
• مدیریت تغییرات شبکه (Network Changes) و مستندسازی تنظیمات و توپولوژی شبکه
• همکاری با واحدهای داخلی و پیمانکاران در اجرای پروژه‌های شبکه و ارتباطات
• تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت شبکه، رخدادها، ریسک‌ها و اقدامات اصلاحی
• مشارکت در برنامه‌ریزی توسعه و به‌روزرسانی زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی در چارچوب سیاست‌های واحد IT

دانش و مهارت‌ها:

• تحصیلات: حداقل کارشناسی مهندسی کامپیوتر
• حداقل 6 سال سابقه کار مرتبط (دارا بودن سابقه سرپرستی الزامیست)
• مسلط به شبکه‌های کامپیوتری، تجهیزات شبکه و ارتباطات
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار cisco Prime , CISCO ISE
• مسلط به راه‌اندازی و پیکربندی فایروال‌های مختلف از جمله Fortigate, Sophos, FTD
• مسلط به اصول امنیت شبکه و مدیریت دسترسی‌ها
• آشنا با مفاهیم VOIP و همچنین پیکربندی CISCO CUCM , Expressway , CMS

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s LAN, WAN, WLAN, and inter-site communication networks.
• Manage and monitor the performance of network devices, communication links, and related services.
• Ensure network stability, availability, and service quality in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Lead and control network security activities in alignment with the organization’s information security policies.
• Plan and implement preventive measures to minimize the risk of outages and network disruptions.
• Lead and manage troubleshooting processes for network incidents and technical issues.
• Manage network changes and maintain accurate documentation of configurations and network topology.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors in the execution of network and communication projects.
• Prepare periodic reports on network performance, incidents, risks, and corrective actions.
• Participate in planning the development and upgrade of communication infrastructure in alignment with IT department policies.

Knowledge & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (minimum requirement).
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (prior supervisory experience is mandatory).
• Strong expertise in computer networking concepts, network infrastructure, and communication systems.
• Proficiency in Cisco Prime and Cisco ISE.
• Hands-on experience in deployment and configuration of firewalls, including FortiGate, Sophos, and Cisco FTD (Firepower Threat Defense).
• Strong knowledge of network security principles and access management.
• Familiarity with VoIP concepts and configuration of Cisco CUCM (Call Manager), Cisco Expressway, and Cisco Meeting Server (CMS).
