کارشناس حسابداری پیمانکاری | Contractor Accountant

شرح شغل:

• ممیزی اسناد و صورت وضعیت پیمانکاران و کنترل محاسبه آن‌ها.
• ارائه گزارشات لازم به ذی‌نفعان بیرونی.
• تهیه گزارشات ارزش افزوده، خرید و فروش فصلی و تنظیم اسناد.
• ثبت و نگهداری حساب‌های پیمانکاران.
• ثبت و نگهداری ضمانت‌نامه‌های پیمانکاران.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مالی یا حسابداری.
• زبان انگلیسی: بالاتر از متوسط.

• توانایی پیگیری امور تا حصول نتیجه.

مهارت‌ها:

• آشنا با قوانین قراردادهای پیمانکاری.
• قدرت تحلیل حساب‌ها و تنظیم صورت تطبیق با پیمانکاران.

Specialized skills:
auditing contractors' documents and statements of status and controlling their calculations
providing necessary reports to external stakeholders
preparing value-added reports, quarterly sales and purchases and preparing documents
familiar with the rules of contracting contracts
br>Ability to analyze accounts and prepare a reconciliation statement with contractors
Register and maintain contractors' accounts
Register and maintain contractors' guarantees

Work experience: 5 years
Education: Bachelor of Finance and Accounting
