- Identify and collect information of current, potential, and lost customers, Classify and register them according to the company's plan
- Develop integral customer service and communication skills through constant customer interaction, and employee collaboration
- Qualify, develop, and maintain through company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them.
- Required to multitask and time management accordingly and successfully work in a peaceful environment.
- Communicate (in person, by phone, correspondence) with current customers and encourage them to increase their purchases and gain their satisfaction

- Plan and conduct customer activity visits
