مدیر فنی (شهرک صنعتی شمس‌آباد)؛
مجموعه مهبانگ برای خط تولید خود واقع در شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد به دنبال جذب یک مدیر برای تیم فنی خود است. هدف تیم فنی در وهله اول حفظ و ارتقای کیفیت محصولات الکترونیک خود و در ادامه افزایش بهره‌وری و ارتقای اتوماسیون در سطوح مختلف کنترل کیفیت محصولات است.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- ایفای نقش پر رنگ در بهبود مستمر کیفیت.
- ارائه گزارش‌های منظم از وضعیت کیفی محصولات در بخش‌های مختلف و داشتن برنامه مستمر برای بهبود کیفیت.
- کنترل کلیه امور فنی و مهندسی داخل کارخانه.
- نظارت بر انجام تست‌های محصول نهایی و مواد اولیه.
- نظارت بر روند ریشه‌یابی خطاهای ضمن تولید و تلاش برای رفع آن‌ها.
- نظارت بر انجام پروژه‌ها در بخش R&D کارخانه و داشتن استراتژی برای بهبود اتوماسیون در فرایند کنترل کیفی محصولات.
شرایط همکاری:
- سرویس رفت و برگشت تا کارخونه: از شهرهای تهران، حسن آباد، فشافویه، اسلامشهر، رباط کریم و نسیم شهر
- ناهار کارکنان بر عهده کارخانه است.
نیازمندی‌ها:
- مسلط به زبان برنامه نویسی C و Python.
- آشنایی با سخت‌افزار و برنامه‌نویسی بردهای الکترونیکی.
- آشنایی با فرایند تولید محصولات الکترونیکی، کنترل کیفیت و تعمیرات.
- مسلط به میکروکنترلرهای ARM و ATmega.
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کار به عنوان سرپرست فنی.
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی برق (مدرک کارشناسی ارشد و گرایش الکترونیک مزیت محسوب می‌شود).
Mehbang Group is looking for a manager for its technical team for its production line located in Shams Abad Industrial City. The goal of the technical team is to maintain and improve the quality of its electronic products in the first place, and then to increase productivity and improve automation at different levels of product quality control.
Responsibilities: Continuous quality
- Providing regular reports on the quality status of products in different departments and having a continuous plan to improve
quality
- Controlling all technical and engineering matters inside the factory
- Monitoring the performance of product tests final and raw materials
- monitoring the rooting process of errors during production and trying to fix them
- monitoring the implementation of projects in the R&D department of the factory and having a strategy to improve automation in the quality control process

Requirements:
- Proficient in C and Python programming language
- Familiarity with hardware and programming of electronic boards
- Familiarity with the process of producing electronic products, quality control and repairs
- Proficient in ARM and ATmega microcontrollers
- At least 3 years of work experience as a technical supervisor
- At least bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (master's degree and electronics orientation is an advantage) Back to the factory: from the cities of Tehran, Hassan Abad, Fashafoueh, Islamshahr, Rabat Karim, Nasim Shahr
