Badbadak haft aseman.Co is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our production team in the game industry. The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing trends, and she/he should enjoy working in a fun environment to create and sustain more and more players to discover our creative gaming experiences and brands. The marketing specialist will oversee the winning execution of all our marketing actions, social channels, partnerships, and campaigns.The ideal candidate will have strong communication & influencing skills since the position will require collaborating closely with all team members located across the globe. Good knowledge of the MMO game market environment is a must-have, And TGBSco is an excellent place for people who are passionate about games, making their mark, and having fun doing it.Responsibilities:

- Oversea & approve each marketing plans & actions of our global partners responsible for publishing our product in a different game stage.
- Bring a creative vision, challenge when needed, share & learning.
- Drive the media strategy and execute PR campaigns including frequent media alert push.
- Develop or social channels growth in terms of both follower & engagement.
- Establish a community strategy and set-up an action plan to deploy our program worldwide.
- Spread game vision's achievements across the international channels of the group.
- ROI oriented, manage the MKT budget, and track/analyze each campaign.
Qualifications (Requirements)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (writing & reading) with good storytelling/narrative skills.
- A minimum of 5 years in operational marketing must know how to run and execute a campaign. And have a 360 vision of a marketing plan.
- Capacity to work directly with copywriters and develop our game community in the market.
- The ideal candidate has proven skills to create strong internal/external relationships while being a global team player.
- Ability to articulate a vision, strategy, or idea clearly with a strong syntax capacity, learning, and sharing with HQ.
- Managing all the social media and content making process of the game.
- Strong team player, behaves like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
- Self-management skills and a self-started attitude highly valued.
