شرح شغل:

• طرح‌ریزی و اجرای برنامه‌های حسابرسی داخلی.
• تجزیه و تحلیل ریسک‌های مالی و فرآیندی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات دوره‌ای به مدیریت ارشد.
• ارائه توصیه هایی برای بهبود فرآیندها و کنترل‌ها.
• تسهیل جلسات و کارگاه‌های آموزشی برای تیم‌های داخلی.
• تضمین رعایت استانداردهای حسابرسی در تمام عملیات.
• مدیریت و راهنمایی تیم حسابرسی داخلی.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه قوی در حسابرسی داخلی یا مدیریت ریسک.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی عالی.
• توانایی تحلیل و تفکر انتقادی.
• مهارت در مذاکره و مدیریت تعارض‌ها.
• مسلط به استانداردهای حسابرسی.

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit plans.
• Analyze financial and process risks to identify potential improvements.
• Lead audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present periodic audit reports to management.
• Foster effective communication with various departments to support business goals.
• Negotiate and manage conflict to enhance audit processes.
