2. Role Overview
We’re hiring a remote Product Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and content teams. You’ll design and execute go‑to‑market plans to boost brand awareness, subscriptions, and product fit. You’ll analyze data, collaborate closely with product/content teams, and draw on your SaaS, edu‑tech, or pharma background to shape impactful strategies.
3. Key Objectives
- Boost subscription conversions by +30% in Q1 and +100% within 12 months
- Define & engage high‑value pharma‑education segments
- Improve subscriber retention rates
- Leverage qualitative & quantitative insights for funnel optimization
- Set, monitor, and achieve OKRs for your team
4. Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor marketing and content teams
- Develop & implement full-funnel campaigns using AAARRR frameworks
- Analyze data from GA, Clarity, GSC, email/LinkedIn stats, etc.
- Collaborate with product on roadmap, features, messaging
- Engage users via interviews, feedback, and user testing
- Drive product-market fit through audience discovery and conversion optimization (CRO, A/B tests)
- Stay informed on pharma/e-learning trends and best practices
- Oversee content on social media, website, blog, whitepapers, webinars, events
- Report KPIs including MRR, churn, CAC, LTV to leadership
5. Required Skills
- Leadership: 2+ years leading marketing/content teams
- Experience: 5+ years in SaaS or e-learning marketing
- Data‑driven: Proficient in analytics tools and CRO
- Frameworks: AAARRR, OKRs, Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Communication: Fluent English, strong storytelling skills
- Mindset: Action‑oriented, outcome‑focused, cross‑functional collaborator
6. Preferred Skills
- Pharma/biotech industry knowledge
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)
- Experience in customer user-research
- Advanced degree (MBA, Marketing, etc.)
