Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Performing bank reconciliations and controlling cash / petty cash
• Assisting in preparing financial and management reports
• Supporting payroll processes and preparing related insurance and tax reports (if required)
• Assisting in preparing seasonal reports and tax declarations
• Maintaining proper filing and documentation of accounting and financial records

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of insurance-related matters and regulations
• Familiarity with Rahkaran System accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of at least two accounting modules, such as:
• Fixed Assets, Inventory, Contracting, Sales, Treasury, Cost Accounting, Payroll, Procurement
