We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing advertising campaigns, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through continuous analysis and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, app marketing, retargeting, and display ads
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable reports to improve efficiency and results
- Collaborate closely with other members of the Performance Marketing team, as well as content, design, and sales teams, to develop targeted marketing strategies
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to enhance performance
- Utilize analytics tools to track and improve campaign outcomes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital and performance marketing
- Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, app marketing platforms, retargeting, and display advertising
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and basic SEO principles
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and teamwork skills
