Responsibilities:
•    Lead the planning, development, and execution of SMS marketing campaigns within the WebEngage platform, including newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, and lifecycle communications.
•    Design, manage, and continuously optimize customer segments directly in WebEngage, leveraging behavior, demographics, and engagement data for targeted messaging.
•    Create and refine customer journey maps in WebEngage, ensuring seamless and personalized customer experiences.
•    Implement advanced automation workflows and event-based triggers in WebEngage to deliver the right message at the right time through multiple channels (SMS, push, email, etc.).
•    Conduct A/B testing inside WebEngage to improve content performance, timing, and engagement metrics such as CTR and conversion rate.
•    Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop retention and loyalty programs integrated into WebEngage, increasing overall customer lifetime value.

Requirements:
•    Strong hands-on experience with WebEngage or similar E-CRM/marketing automation platforms.
•    Knowledge of E-CRM regulations, customer data management, and campaign best practices.
•    Analytical ability to interpret customer data, engagement metrics, and funnel performance through WebEngage dashboards and reports.
•    Familiarity with WebEngage’s journey builder, segmentation engine, and automation tools.
•    A passion for data-driven and customer-centric marketing.
