Irancell Labs Company is seeking a talented and dedicated RF Engineer with a strong background in telecommunication RF design and troubleshooting to join our innovative hardware R&D team. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize RF systems for telecommunication applications, including transceivers, power amplifiers, and related components (RRU).
- Perform system-level analysis, simulation, and verification of RF circuits using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct detailed testing, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of RF circuits and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop automated test scripts (e.g., using Python or MATLAB) for RF system validation and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into telecommunication infrastructures.
- Document design processes, test results, troubleshooting reports, and support system deployment and initial field testing.
- Ensure compliance with telecommunication standards, regulations, and best engineering practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in RF engineering, with a focus on telecommunication RF design and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Nokia and Ericsson RRU systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
- Expertise in RF and microwave simulation and design tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, or Altium Designer.
- Solid understanding of RF circuit principles, including modulation techniques, signal propagation, noise analysis, and impedance matching.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and repair RF circuits and telecommunication systems efficiently.
- Good knowledge of wireless communication standards and protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G).
- Familiarity with physical layer (PHY) design and optimization for telecommunications.
- Proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
