In Jabama We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Acquisition Lead to drive customer acquisition through strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, a track record of optimizing campaigns for efficiency, and the ability to lead a team to achieve acquisition targets including SEM and digital advertising and install campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development, Formulate and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition. Leverage data and analytics to identify high-performing channels and tactics.
Campaign Optimization:
Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including google adwords and display advertising.
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics. Implement insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI). Monitor spending, analyze cost per acquisition, and adjust budgets based on performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative teams, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and product launches.
Testing and Experimentation:
Drive a culture of testing and experimentation to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies. Implement A/B testing and other methods to enhance campaign performance.
Reporting:
Generate regular performance reports and dashboards, providing insights to senior management. Communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and google adwords campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of various performance marketing channels and platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing technology and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
