Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management, staff, and external partners
- Track tasks assigned by the CEO and provide regular status updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support day-to-day administrative and executive office operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus
