استخدام مدیر مالی ارشد / مشاور مالی–حسابداری (سطح مدیریت)
آژانس تبلیغاتی کاربن صرفاً به‌منظور همکاری با فردی بسیار باتجربه و تصمیم‌ساز در حوزه مالی، از خانم یا آقا برای تصدی موقعیت مدیر مالی ارشد / مشاور مالی–حسابداری دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.
این موقعیت شغلی اجراییِ صرف نیست و مناسب افرادی است که توان تحلیل عمیق، تشخیص ریسک و ارائه راهکارهای عملی در سطح مدیریت ارشد را دارند.
مأموریت شغلی:
بازطراحی و استقرار ساختار مالی و کنترلی شرکت
تحلیل جامع وضعیت مالی و شناسایی ریسک‌ها، خطاها و تعهدات پنهان
مدیریت و راهبری کلیه امور مالیاتی (عملکرد، ارزش افزوده، معاملات فصلی، جرائم و معافیت‌ها)
کنترل جریان نقدی، بدهی‌ها و تعهدات مالی شرکت
بررسی قراردادها از منظر مالی و ریسک‌های تعهدآور
ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی شفاف و قابل اتکا جهت تصمیم‌گیری مدیریت ارشد
ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی و پیشگیرانه با مسئولیت‌پذیری حرفه‌ای
شرایط احراز (الزامی):
حداقل 7 تا 10 سال سابقه کاملاً مرتبط و قابل دفاع در مدیریت مالی، حسابداری ارشد یا مشاوره مالی
سابقه واقعی در راه‌اندازی یا اصلاح ساختار مالی شرکت‌ها
تسلط کامل و به‌روز بر قوانین مالیاتی، ارزش افزوده، بیمه و حقوق و دستمزد
تجربه عملی در کنترل ریسک، مدیریت بدهی‌ها و بهینه‌سازی جریان نقدی
توان تشخیص مستقل خطاهای مالی و ریسک‌های پنهان
توان ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی تحلیلی
پایبندی کامل به محرمانگی اطلاعات مالی و سازمانی
استقلال رأی، دید استراتژیک و پاسخگویی در سطح مدیریت
نوع همکاری:
پاره‌وقت منعطف ( 2 تا 3 روز در هفته)
جبران خدمات: از 25 میلیون تومان

Comprehensive analysis of the financial situation and identification of risks, errors and hidden obligations

Eligibility requirements (required):
At least 7 to 10 years of fully relevant and defensible experience in financial management, senior accounting or financial consulting
Actual experience in setting up or modifying the financial structure of companies
Complete and up-to-date mastery of tax, value added, insurance and payroll laws
Practical experience in risk control, debt management and cash flow optimization
Able to independently identify financial errors and hidden risks
Able to provide management reports Analytical
Complete adherence to the confidentiality of financial and organizational information
Independence of vote, strategic vision and accountability at the management level
Type of cooperation:
Flexible part-time (2 to 3 days per week)
Compensation for services: from 25 million tomans
