Your work include predictive analytics, semantic search, autonomous AI agents, and automated document understanding, significantly enhancing productivity across sales, marketing, field operations, and core business functions. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, domain experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline complex workflows, accelerate informed decision-making, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business impact.</p> <p dir="auto"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li><strong>Develop &amp; Deploy AI Solutions</strong></li> </ul> <p dir="auto">Build, deploy, and maintain NLP and LLM-powered solutions—including semantic search, conversational AI, content generation, document understanding, and workflow Automation—ensuring high reliability, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.</p> <ul dir="auto"> <li><strong>Design Task-Oriented Agents</strong></li> </ul> <p dir="auto">Design, develop, and continuously enhance autonomous AI agents (such as virtual sales assistants, knowledge retrieval bots, and productivity Automation agents) to proactively solve real-world business challenges.</p> <ul dir="auto"> <li><strong>Customize &amp; Optimize Models</strong></li> </ul> <p dir="auto">Customize, optimize, and fine-tune open-source or commercial LLMs using advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and NLP methods, ensuring high domain accuracy, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.</p> <ul dir="auto"> <li><strong>Seamless Integration</strong></li> </ul> <p dir="auto">Develop and expose models via secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices, integrating seamlessly with existing enterprise infrastructure—including CRM platforms, BI tools, data lakes, and data warehouses—with minimal business disruption.</p> <ul dir="auto"> <li><strong>Own the Model Lifecycle</strong></li> </ul> <p dir="auto">Own the full ML model lifecycle, including continuous Monitoring (accuracy, latency, drift), automated Testing, retraining strategies, version control, and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and established MLOps best practices.</p> <ul dir="auto"> <li><strong>Collaborate Cross-Functionally</strong></li> </ul> <p dir="auto">Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, MLOps specialists, and business analysts to frame problems, validate AI solutions, iterate rapidly, and quantify measurable business outcomes (efficiency gains, revenue uplift, quality improvements).</p> <p> </p> <h2>مزایا</h2> <p>امکان همکاری در تیم حرفه ای 41 نفره فناوری اطلاعات, برخورداری از فناوری روز</p> <h2>مهارت‌ها</h2> <p>NLP, Docker, TensorFlow, Pytorch, LangChain</p>
