At Talano, we are building the future of innovative web applications. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and performance of our products. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to craft seamless, high-performing user experiences that delight our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them to improve our front-end stack.
- Define and uphold best practices for front-end engineering across the team.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance are at the core of every interface.
- Maintain code quality through reviews, refactoring, and promoting clean, maintainable solutions.
- Advocate for technical excellence and mentor junior developers when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end/JavaScript development.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
- Proficiency with React.js and related libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript (must-have).
- Familiarity with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and SEO best practices.
- Experience with build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, semantic web, responsive design, and mobile-first development.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with PWA concepts, browser testing, and debugging.
- Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
