Power Platform Support & QA Analyst

1) Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
2) Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
3) Validate Automation solution and Power Apps usability, data accuracy, security, and performance.
4) Assist with user training, walkthroughs, and adoption support.
5) Maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and hands-on support materials.
6) Internal assist in the coordination of projects  ensuring tasks, timelines, and resources are well managed.

Requirments
1) 3–5 years of experience in application support, QA, systems analysis, or a similar role.
2) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services.
3) Experience supporting business applications in a production environment.
4) Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
5) Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Azure Devops).
6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7) Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
