Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring effective coordination between cross-functional teams.
- Prepare regular documentation and progress reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research, analyze KPIs, and build comprehensive business cases.
- Design and execute pilot initiatives to validate new ideas.
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for projects, including economic impact assessments and P&L analysis.
- Prepare and document software development requirement specifications.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent reporting, analytical thinking, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of online sales markets (Marketplace, eCommerce, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Google Sheets for project tracking.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SQL; experience with Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and defining, tracking, and analyzing business KPIs.
