Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is fully proficient in English and German, has solid knowledge of the Forex and financial markets, and can communicate confidently with clients, close deals effectively, and turn conversations into measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, goal-oriented, and highly results-driven, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, qualify, and follow up on inbound and outbound sales leads
* Provide professional advice and accurate information to clients in the Forex and financial markets
* Conduct negotiations, persuade potential clients, and close sales confidently
* Maintain continuous engagement with clients to improve conversion and retention rates
* Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports in line with company standards
Compensation
* Fixed salary: 25 to 30 million Toman (based on skills, experience, and interview results)
* Monthly performance bonus
* Sales commission
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in Forex, trading, or financial markets
* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client communication skills
* Professional-level English proficiency, with fluent and confident speaking skills (mandatory)
* German language proficiency at B2 to C1 level, especially strong in speaking and comprehension
* Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting
* Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
