About the Role:

As a Partnership Manager at Keepa, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with our key business partners. You'll be responsible for identifying potential partners, negotiating win-win agreements, and crafting mutually beneficial partnership programs. You'll also ensure the long-term success of these partnerships by maintaining open communication and resolving any challenges that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and evaluate potential B2B and merchant partners who align with Keepa's overall strategy.
- Lead the negotiation process for partnership agreements, securing contracts that deliver value for both Keepa and the partner.
- Develop and execute joint marketing, sales, and business development programs to achieve pre-defined goals.
- Manage partner relationships, fostering open communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Analyze partnership program performance and provide regular reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities to strengthen Keepa's ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, sales, product, and business development to ensure seamless partnership program execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and contract structuring skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical ability to assess and measure the effectiveness of partnership programs.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Passion for the lendtech and fintech industry and a general understanding of B2B ecosystems.
- Superior organizational skills, time management, and prioritization abilities.
