Role Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing short- and mid-term marketing and sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This role oversees multiple marketing channels, analyzes performance metrics, and leads the end-to-end sales process to improve funnel efficiency and conversion rates. By working closely with cross-functional teams, identifying new growth opportunities, and establishing structured processes, the role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer relationships, and improving overall team productivity in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
· Design and execute short-term and mid-term strategic marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives
· Manage and optimize marketing channels including digital marketing, content, social media, campaigns, and partnerships
· Analyze marketing performance data (CAC, conversion rates, marketing funnel, campaign ROI) and provide regular management reports
· Lead and monitor the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract or order completion
· Optimize the sales funnel and improve conversion rates across different stages
· Define, track, and analyze sales KPIs
· Collaborate closely with the campaign team to enhance customer relationships and sales effectiveness
· Identify new revenue growth opportunities and explore new markets
· Establish structured processes, prioritize tasks, and improve overall team productivity
· Maintain continuous coordination and communication with internal teams including Campaign, Publisher, Product, Data, and Finance
