As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will contribute to creating a positive and supportive workplace environment. You will work on initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, well-being, and day-to-day engagement across the organization.Your work directly impacts how employees experience the company — from their first day to their last — by executing programs, organizing events, and supporting activities that strengthen our culture and sense of belonging.In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR partners, team leads, and internal communication teams to ensure that every employee touchpoint is aligned with our values and reflects our organizational culture.Execute and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth and consistent employee transitions.Plan and organize internal company events, including celebrations, cultural occasions, and team activities.Coordinate recurring engagement moments such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and other internal milestones.Manage the preparation and distribution of creative corporate gifts across different occasions.Support the execution of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.Contribute to culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values and strengthen employee connection.Manage petty cash and follow up on purchase processes related to employee experience activities.Participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving employee experience and aligning with organizational goals.Plan and run employee recognition programs to support motivation and appreciation.Support and execute well-being initiatives, including physical and mental health activities.Organize team-building programs, workshops, recreational activities, and contests to improve teamwork and engagement.Collect and analyze employee feedback and data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Continuously optimize employee-related processes to ensure alignment with organizational values and culture.Manage the annual internal events calendar and ensure timely execution of all planned activities.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in employee experience, HR, or employer branding.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail and follow-through.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.Creativity in designing and executing cultural, engagement, and well-being initiatives.A collaborative, responsible, and empathetic approach, with a positive attitude toward organizational culture and values.
