BI Analyst

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level Business Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex and large-scale data into reliable analytical models, insightful dashboards, and executive-level reports that directly support strategic decision-making.

This position is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in the Microsoft BI stack who enjoy working across technical and business teams, leading data initiatives, and ensuring high standards in data quality, performance, and governance.

 
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI
Architect and optimize ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple structured and semi-structured sources
Develop and maintain analytical and semantic data models (SSAS Tabular / Multidimensional
Build high-performance Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX and optimized data models
Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
Lead diagnostic, descriptive, and predictive analyses to support business and product teams
Define, validate, and govern business KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into scalable BI and reporting solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and performance across BI platforms
Create and maintain technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reports
 
 

Technical Requirements

Strong expertise in Business Intelligence architecture and Data Warehousing concepts
Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL
Extensive hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
Strong expertise in Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, Performance Tuning)
Experience using Python for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy)
Strong background in data profiling, EDA, and data quality management
Solid understanding of statistics and applied mathematics for analytical use cases
Experience designing enterprise-level KPIs and metrics frameworks
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch) is a plus
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and BI deployment pipelines
Strong documentation and logging practices
