BI Analyst

Job Responsibilities
-  Visualize various business-related charts and performance indicators.
-  Provide analytical reports required by different departments.
-  Conduct diagnostic, predictive, and descriptive analyses.
-  Deliver interactive presentations and prepare reports to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
-  Consolidate and unify aggregated data from multiple channels for analysis and interpretation.

Technical Requirements
-  Strong command of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts.
-  Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics.
-  Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis: Python or R.
-  Strong skills in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) with a focus on data cleaning.
-  Proficiency in dashboard development and selecting business-relevant KPIs.
-  Familiarity with NoSQL databases (especially Elasticsearch) and preferably Kibana dashboards.
-  Ability to analyze data related to marketing and product, understanding team needs and aligning insights accordingly.
-  Ability to create proper documentation for scripts and modules, including logging challenges and solutions at each stage.
