DT Post processing Engineer
Monitoring Frequency Bands: Monitoring the frequency bands utilized in mobile networks and ensuring the network’s performance aligns with operator expectations and regulatory standards to prevent any decline in network key performance indicators (KPIs).
Measurement, Comparison, and Analysis: Measuring, comparing, and analyzing the measurement data and test results of mobile networks, identifying issues, and providing solutions based on the results to improve network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring Frequency Bands: Monitoring the frequency bands utilized in mobile networks and ensuring the network’s performance aligns with operator expectations and regulatory standards to prevent any decline in network key performance indicators (KPIs).
Measurement, Comparison, and Analysis: Measuring, comparing, and analyzing the measurement data and test results of mobile networks, identifying issues, and providing solutions based on the results to improve network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Monitoring: Identifying areas with weak coverage.
- Real-time Monitoring of Sites: Ensuring proper implementation of parameters and equipment at installed sites.
- Reporting Performance Issues: Reporting and communicating performance issues of sites to relevant teams, following up on necessary actions to resolve the issues.
- Handling Complaints: Addressing technical complaints to resolve issues and improve the affected area.
- Field Visits: Conducting field visits to the designed areas to find solutions to unseen problems or issues.
- Proposing Solutions: Suggesting solutions, preparing methodologies, and creating test scenarios for network monitoring (including scenarios, equipment, and setup details) to begin testing and measurement.
- Report Preparation: Preparing reports, analyzing the measurement data, and proposing solutions to enhance mobile network quality.
- Test Management: Managing and planning field testing processes to improve the testing and measurement process.
- Field Testing: Performing field tests using the relevant equipment and software.
- Community Complaints Investigation: Conducting field tests to investigate and resolve public complaints.
Key Professional Competencies:
- Familiarity with 2G/3G/4G/5G Networks
- Field Testing Experience with 2G/3G/4G/5G Networks
- Knowledge of Frequency Bands for All Mobile Network Technologies
- Familiarity with Different Field Testing Scenarios
- Experience with Field Testing and Monitoring Software (TEMS and NEMO)
- Experience with Data Analysis Software (TEMS and ACTIX)
- Familiarity with All Hardware Used in Field Testing and Network Monitoring
- Experience with Creating Field Test Scenarios (Scripts) in Relevant Software
- Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators for Drive Tests across All Technologies
- General knowledge of telecommunications and computer systems
