ECRM Specialist

At MAYND the official representative of WebEngage in Iran we’re looking for a motivated and data-driven ECRM Support & Success Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, marketing, and customer success, helping some of the largest and most innovative Iranian brands build intelligent, data-driven relationships with their audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Guide enterprise clients in implementing and using WebEngage’s tools and automation features
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within the platform
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to enhance engagement outcomes
- Prepare performance reports and insights for client stakeholders
- Support retention and lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple industries
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Automation or Digital marketing
- Good command of English (around 70%) for reading documentation and communicating with global teams
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with user behavior, segmentation, and retention strategies
- Experience with WebEngage, MoEngage, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign (a big plus)
