- To establish and maintain records and filing systems for all staff to ensure their efficient and effective use.
- To ensure all employees are covered by medical insurance.
- To prepare contracts for new joiners and ensure their timely availability in their respective files.
- To ensure the timely annual delivery of employees’ contracts.
- To keep updated personnel data sheets of the staff.
- To follow up on the probation forms of the new employees from the line managers and ensure receipt of them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
- Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law.
- Very good command of MS Excel.
- Able to speak English fluently.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to negotiate with suppliers effectively.
