Assistant Project Manager - Mobile Application Development

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our team in the development of a mobile application designed to simplify administrative tasks for home remodelling. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to plan projects, write user stories, and oversee the testing and evaluation of the app’s features. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in project planning and task tracking using tools like Jira. • Write and refine user stories to ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team. • Participate in quality assurance testing and evaluation of the app’s functionalities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure alignment with project goals. • Help manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Provide updates and reports to the Project Manager. Requirements: • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story writing. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Basic knowledge of mobile app development tools (e.g., Flutterflow, Firebase) is a plus. • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
