Duties and Responsibilities:

• preparing monthly reports on recruitment actions
• collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the quality of services and products and presenting it to the management
Skills required:
• Familiarity with services, products and equipment in the field of LandTech
• Ability to know potential and actual markets, know customer needs, know competitors, attract and create loyal customers, retain Current customers
• Having sufficient information about marketing strategies and methods of penetration in new markets
• Mastery of marketing and sales concepts such as B2B and B2C
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
• Skill in the methods of principles and techniques of negotiation and persuasion
• High expression and communication skills
• Having a spirit of dynamism, learning and teamwork
• Having problem solving skills, teamwork and a motivational spirit for Learning new issues
• Having at least 1 year of relevant work in the field of marketing and business development, preferably in the field of Landtech industries
