شرح شغل و وظایف
دپارتمان بازرگانی همراه ماکان به‌دنبال جذب کارشناسان بازرگانی در حوزه واردات کالای الکترونیک است. ما به همکاری با افرادی دارای ذهن تحلیل‌گر، دقت بسیار بالا و تسلط بر فرآیندهای بازرگانی خارجی نیاز داریم تا در تیم تامین بین‌الملل شرکت فعالیت کنند.
این موقعیت برای افرادی مناسب است که:
- از پیگیری دقیق جزئیات سفارش‌ها و روند واردات لذت می‌برند،
- در ارتباط و هماهنگی با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی توانمند هستند،
- و به یادگیری مداوم و رشد حرفه‌ای در فضای پویا و تخصصی علاقه دارند.

مسئولیت‌ها:
- پیگیری مراحل سفارش‌گذاری، حمل‌ونقل و ترخیص کالا
- برقراری ارتباط موثر با تامین‌کنندگان خارجی
- کنترل و بررسی اسناد بازرگانی (Proforma، Packing List، Invoice و ...)
- همکاری با واحدهای حمل و ترخیص جهت اطمینان از زمان‌بندی تحویل
- ثبت و مستندسازی دقیق سفارش‌ها در سیستم داخلی شرکت

شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی مرتبط (مدیریت بازرگانی، صنایع، اقتصاد و ...)
- تسلط به مکاتبات بازرگانی و زبان انگلیسی
- آشنایی با فرآیندهای واردات و اسناد مرتبط
- دقت بالا، نظم کاری و روحیه یادگیری مستمر

Job Description and Duties
Makan Commercial Department is seeking to recruit commercial experts in the field of electronic goods import. We need cooperation with people with an analytical mind, very high precision and mastery of foreign business processes to work in the company's international supply team.

- are capable of communication and coordination with foreign suppliers,

Responsibilities: and goods clearance
- Effective communication with foreign suppliers
- Control and review of commercial documents (Proforma, Packing List, Invoice, etc.)
- Cooperation with shipping and clearance units to ensure delivery timing
- Accurate registration and documentation of orders in the company's internal system

Qualification conditions:
- Relevant bachelor's degree (business management, industries, economics, etc.)
- Mastery of business correspondence and English language
- Familiarity with import processes and related documents
