Project Introduction:
our company is currently developing a large-scale educational virtual reality simulation project using Unity 6. These simulations are designed with a serious and semi-realistic approach to provide users with a smooth and natural experience. Our goal is to create interactive educational environments that are compatible with both mobile VR and other platforms. Our team is currently completing the modeling and visual effects sections and now requires an experienced animator to bring life and movement to the characters and objects within this simulation.
Job Description:
The animator will be responsible for designing and implementing smooth and natural motions for human characters and educational equipment. Animations must maintain visual quality while optimizing performance for mobile VR environments. This role involves animating human characters using IK systems (Inverse Kinematics) as well as animating mechanical equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create smooth and optimized animations for human characters and educational equipment
- Use IK systems for precise and natural movements
- Collaborate closely with the modeling team to ensure synchronization between models and animations
- Implement and test animations within Unity 6
- Troubleshoot motion issues and optimize animations for mobile VR
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience animating characters and mechanical objects
- Familiarity with rigging principles and using IK systems in Unity
- Proficiency in animation tools such as Maya, Blender, or similar software
- Ability to work with Animator Controller and Timeline in Unity
- A relevant portfolio is mandatory
