مدیر اجرائی در شرکتی پیشرو در زمینه بازرگانی صنعت دام و طیور مسئولیت هدایت و مدیریت عملیات استراتژیک سازمان را به عهده دارد. این نقش در تهران قرار دارد و نیازمند توانایی درک عمیق از فرآیندها و استراتژی‌های مدیریتی و بازرگانی است.

مسئولیت ها:
- توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های سازمان برای دستیابی به اهداف کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت
- هدایت و نظارت بر عملکرد تیم مدیریت ارشد
- تضمین بهبود کارایی و بهره‌وری در تمام بخش‌های سازمان
- توسعه و مدیریت بودجه‌های سالانه و نظارت بر هزینه‌ها
- شناخت فرصت‌های جدید برای رشد و توسعه سازمان
- ایجاد و توسعه منابع درآمدی جدید از طریق بهینه سازی خدمات و شناسائی فرصت های بازار
- نظارت بر فعالیت های روزانه و اتضمین کارایی عملکرد سازمان
- آشنائی با مفاهیم و روش های مدیریتی مدرن و توانایی همکاری با تیم های مختلف سازمان
- مهارت های برنامه ریزی، ارتباطات بین فردی، مدیریت زمان و توانایی حل مسائل
- مهارت قوی در مدیریت هزینه و افزایش سودآوری

شایستگی ها:
- مدرک تحصیلات عالی در زمینه مدیریت، بازرگانی یا تجارت
- سابقه مدیریت اجرائی در سازمان‌های مشابه
- توانایی اثبات شده در هدایت تیم‌های بزرگ و چند وظیفه‌ای
- مهارت‌های بین‌فردی و ارتباطی استثنائی

Responsibilities:
