Junior Operation

Responsibilities:
·      Organizing transportation activities, e.g., handling information from the origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
·      Know the latest transportation limitations and regulations.
·      Coordination of goods movement through the logistic pathway.
·      Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
·      Strive to identify and understand customer needs and ensure they are met.
·      Monitor changes, e.g., handling information on product sales by using Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized.
·      Managing financial statements from bottom to top (settlement of suppliers, agents, and brokers).

Requirements
·      Junior professional or fresh graduated 
·      Desire to learn and investigate new subjects
·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills
·      Being responsible and punctual
·      Analytical and multitasking skills
·      Fluent in English
