In Jabama We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative communication team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of creativity, technical skills, and a strong design sensibility to contribute to various projects. From concept to execution, the Mid-Level Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually stunning and effective design assets that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visuals for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials.
- Develop creative solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
Project Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with Art Directors and Senior Designers to execute design concepts.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all design work maintains consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the brand through design.
Creative Ideation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design and visual communication.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
Efficient Workflo
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Utilize design tools and software effectively to streamline the design process.
Presentation Skills:
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into design work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with web design and development concepts.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
