Job Description
1. Incident Management: Act as the first point of contact for SAP-related issues, logging, tracking, and supporting the resolution of incidents under supervision.
2. System Monitoring: Assist in regular monitoring of SAP systems to help ensure stable performance and identify potential issues.
3. User Support and Training: Support end users with SAP-related questions and assist in basic user training to improve system usage.
4. Data Management: Support data accuracy and integrity within the SAP system, assist with data reconciliation, and help investigate discrepancies.
5. Change Management: Assist in supporting system changes, system integration testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
6. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and business units to support smooth operation of SAP systems.
7. Documentation: Assist in maintaining system process documentation and training materials, ensuring updates and changes are properly documented.
Requirments
1. Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Limited experience or internship experience in SAP support or a similar role is considered an advantage, but prior extensive experience is not required
6. Basic understanding of shipping industry processes is an advantage
7. Good command of the English language (reading and communication)
8. High motivation to learn and grow in SAP and ERP systems
