شرکت مهندسی بدر سیستم به دنبال یک کارشناس ارشد منابع انسانی برای مدیریت و بهبود فرایندهای جذب و استخدام در صنعت نیروگاهی است. فرد مورد نظر باید توانایی‌های لازم برای تحلیل نیازهای نیروی انسانی و اجرای استراتژی‌های جذب مناسب داشته باشد.

شرح شغل:

• بررسی و تحلیل نیازهای نیروی انسانی برای شناسایی کمبودها و ایجاد برنامه‌های مناسب جذب و استخدام.
• مدیریت کل فرآیند جذب و استخدام.
• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های جذب نیرو برای جذب بهترین استعدادها.
• نگهداری روابط حرفه‌ای با دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزشی برای جذب نیروی انسانی.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت در خصوص آمارهای مربوط به جذب و استخدام.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• تجربه‌ کاری در زمینه‌ مدیریت استخدام و جذب منابع انسانی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و مهارت‌های بین‌فردی عالی.
• قابلیت کار در محیط‌های پویا و توانایی حل مسئله.
