Position Overview:
The Technical Talent Sourcer is a key contributor to our recruitment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential candidates based on specific criteria and ensuring accurate data management within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:
Review resumes of potential candidates to identify qualified individuals based on predefined criteria.
Add selected candidates to the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate details.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of search parameters and progress for each project.
Regularly update the ATS to reflect the latest status of candidate reviews.
Assist the talent team with additional duties as required.
Provide daily progress reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, including the number of reviewed candidates and overall search updates.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
Strong proficiency in English, particularly in reading and comprehension.
Access to a reliable laptop/computer and internet connection.
Availability for full-time work (8 hours/day) with potential for overtime.
