مدیر حسابرسی داخلی | Internal Audit Manager

- ارائه گزارش نتایج ارزیابی به کمیته حسابرسی و هیئت‌مدیره
- اجرای برنامه‌ سالانه مصوب هیئت مدیره (شامل هرگونه وظایف و پروژه‌های مورد درخواست مدیریت شرکت و کمیته حسابرسی)
- نظارت بر گزارشات و تحلیل های کارشناسان حسابرسی داخلی
-همکاری و ارتباط با حسابرسان مستقل جهت حسابرسی بهینه‌ شرکت با هزینه‌ معقول و نیز ارایه اطلاعات و مستندات دال بر فعالیت‌های پولشویی به حسابرس مستقل شرکت طبق مقررات
- ارزشیابی و ارزیابی ادغام یا تلفیق فعالیت‌ها و ایجاد یا تغییر در خدمات، فرآیندها، عملیات و فرآیندهای کنترلی، متناسب با شرایط ایجاد، استقرار یا توسعه آن‌ها
- بررسی ملاحظات کنترلی مورد نظر مدیریت شرکت و شناسایی ریسک های احتمالی با در نظر گرفتن الویت ها

شرایط احراز :

- دارای مدرک کارشناسی/ارشد مدیریت مالی، حسابداری
- تسلط بر اصول و استانداردهای حسابداری
- تسلط بر قوانین مالیاتی و قانون تجارت
- مهارت تجزیه و تحلیل و توانایی مدیریت ریسک
- دارای حداقل10سال سابقه کار

- Submitting a report of the assessment results to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors
- Implementing the annual plan approved by the Board of Directors (including any tasks and projects requested by the Company's management and the Audit Committee)
- Monitoring the reports and analyses of internal audit experts
- Cooperating and communicating with independent auditors to optimally audit the Company at a reasonable cost, as well as providing information and documentation indicating money laundering activities to the Company's independent auditor in accordance with regulations
- Evaluating and assessing the integration or consolidation of activities and the creation or change in services, processes, operations and control processes, in accordance with the conditions of their creation, deployment or development.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in financial management, accounting
- Mastery of accounting principles and standards
- Mastery of tax laws and commercial law
- Analytical skills and risk management ability
- At least 10 years of work experience
