کارشناس ارشد برنامه ریزی | Senior Planning Specialist

مسئولیت ها و وظایف:
• نظارت بر عملکرد پروژه مطابق با فرآیندهای شرکت.
• نظارت بر عملکرد و حجم کار پیمانکاران.
• تهیه و نگهداری پایگاه های داده مربوطه.
• تهیه گزارش های عملکرد پروژه.
• تدوین برنامه زمان بندی پروژه.
• تهیه برنامه های عملکرد کوتاه مدت/مبتنی بر فاز و انتقال مداوم آنها به تیم. برنامه ها.
• کنترل عملکرد کلی پروژه.
• ثبت و تجزیه و تحلیل تاخیرهای پروژه.
• به روز رسانی برنامه زمانبندی پروژه.
• آماده سازی pm و cbs.

دانش و مهارت:
• مسلط به برنامه ریزی و کنترل دانش epc و epd.•شرایط پروژه های قوی با توجه به تجربه در قرارداد. مسلط به primavera p6.
• مسلط به نرم افزار microsoft office.
• آشنا به فرآیندهای pmbok.
• مسلط به روش های تجزیه و تحلیل تاخیر.

مدرک تحصیلی:
• تحصیلات: لیسانس یا فوق لیسانس در مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت صنعتی.
• تجربه کاری: حداقل 7 سال سابقه کار انگلیسی: تجربه مرتبط در صنعت نفت و گاز
. بالا-متوسط یا بالاتر.
• سن: حداکثر 36 سال.
• جنسیت: مرد/زن.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Monitoring project performance in accordance with company processes.
• Monitoring contractors’ performance and work volumes.
• Preparing and maintaining relevant databases.
• Preparing project performance reports.
• Developing the project schedule.
• Preparing short-term/phase-based performance plans and communicating them to execution teams.
• Continuously following up and updating performance plans.
• Controlling overall project performance.
• Recording and analyzing project delays.
• Updating the project schedule.
• Preparing PMS and CBS.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficient in planning and control of EPC and EPD projects (priority given to experience in underground projects).
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Familiar with PMBOK processes.
• Proficient in delay analysis procedures.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Age: Maximum 36 years.
• Gender: Male/Female.
