سرپرست برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه:

شرح وظایف:

آموزش و نظارت بر عملکرد و خروجی های کارشناسان تحت مسئولیت
انجام مطالعات، ارائه پیشنهادهای اصلاحی و طراحی سیستمهای برنامه ریزی و مدیریت پروژه ها متناسب با نیازهای سازمان
هماهنگی جهت برگزاری جلسات برنامه ریزی پروژه ها با مدیران پروژه در سازمان
جمع آوری اطلاعات از حوزه های مختلف سازمان در خصوص وضعیت اجرای پروژه ها
هماهنگی جهت برگزاری جلسات تعیین راهکارهای اصلاحی در موارد بروز انحرافات از پیشرفت مورد انتظار پروژه ها
پیگیری و حصول اطمینان از خروج پروژه از وضعیت های بحرانی و توقف
اعمال تغییرات پروژه ها در اسناد مربوطه و کنترل به روز نگهداری آنها
کنترل گزارشات ماهانه و دوره ای از وضعیت پیشرفت پروژه ها
آموزش و ارائه راهنمایی های لازم برای توسعه توانمندی های سازمان در حوزه مدیریت پروژه ها


مهارت ها و توانایی ها:

1. تسلط به مفاهیم برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه

تسلط بر ابزارها و نرم افزارهای برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه Project Server ، MSP

2. تسلط به سری نرم افزارهای Office

3. آشنایی با اصول PMBOK

4. آشنایی با SharePoint

ساعت کاری: شنبه تا پنجشنبه از ساعت 8:00 الی 14:30( پنجشنبه OFF- جبران ساعت کاری در ماه)
مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی/ کارشناسی ارشد
رشته های: مهندسی صنایع / مدیریت (صنعتی-پروژه- اجرایی) - مهندسی ( IT عمران )
سابقه کار: حداقل 4 سال
سرویس رفت و برگشت از (مترو آزادی (غرب)- مترو جانبازان (شرق))

Supervisor of project planning and control:

Description of duties:

Training and supervision of the performance and outputs of experts under responsibility
Conducting studies, presenting corrective proposals and designing project planning and management systems in accordance with the needs of the organization
Coordinating to hold project planning meetings with project managers in the organization
Collecting information from different areas of the organization regarding the status of project implementation
Coordinating to hold meetings to determine corrective solutions in cases of deviations from the expected progress Projects
Following and ensuring the exit of the project from critical situations and stopping
Applying the changes of the projects in the relevant documents and controlling their up-to-date maintenance
Monthly and periodic reports control of the progress of the projects
Training and providing the necessary guidance for the development of the organization's capabilities in the field of project management


Skills and abilities:

1. Mastery of project planning and control concepts

Mastery of Project Server, MSP project planning and control tools and software

2. Mastery of the Office software series

3. Getting to know the principles of PMBOK

4. Familiarity with SharePoint



Other general matters:
Working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:30 (Thursday OFF - compensation for working hours per month)
Education degree: Bachelor/Master
Fields: Industrial Engineering / Management (Industrial-Project-Executive) - Engineering (Civil IT)
Work experience: at least 4 years
Commuting service from Azadi Metro (West) - Metro Veterans (East)).
