Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with cybersecurity initiatives
• Manage stakeholder matrices, communication plans, and create strategic documentation to ensure clear program visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth adoption of governance and legislative requirements
• Lead operational tasks related to change implementation, ensuring effective dissemination of information
• Monitor and report on change progress and impact

Qualifications:

• Certification in Prosci Change Management or an equivalent recognized credential
• Proven experience managing cybersecurity projects or programs, preferably with a focus on governance or legislation
• Strong operational management skills including stakeholder engagement and strategic communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Prior experience in managing complex change initiatives within regulated industries is a plus
